So I just recently purchased SH5, and installed the mods listed below:

I did the tutorial and what not and I am in Kiel. My question is, how do I get back on my sub so I can go attempt to sink things?

Thanks for any help you can provide, also sorry for the stupid question.

Go talk with the guy who assigned you as commander of the boat.
Ask for mission orders. When the intro is finished, choose mission (remember to request mision) hit the top right "x" of the screen. Talk to the officer again, choose start mission.

You need to speak to the bdu representative and choose a mission. See this thread for more info.
