How do you make your own picture for the Radio Room
what are the dimensions?

I found this information from a previous topic on emblems
and it worked :

If you want to make your own emblems, they must be saved as 256x256, 24-bit color, uncompressed Targa (.tga) files. Use an alpha-channel mask to make the background of your emblem transparent if you wish for the u-boat's paint to show through.

I believe they are part of druck_radio_7.tga and druck_radio_9.tga for type VII and type IX respectively. There are some available in download section created by Tikigod

I did find a good one for the Type VII with postcards.
I would like to make my own and include some kriegsmarine posters.

I did try but I do not know the correct size measurements and they changed the Kapitäleutnant bed covers

Found a solution use IrfanView
