Default Any Essential Patches??

I should be loading up '5' tonight and, after doing a lot of reading, I;m still wondering if there are any essential patches or mods just for known bugs in the game. Or, should they be corrected on my edition of the game.
As I say, I'm loading up a brand new game.
As for SH4 there were two upgrades which corrected a lot of issues, so I hope someone can give me a headsup if there is a patch I may be missing. Otherwise, I hope to be cruising the Atlantic by this evening.
Thanks Kaleuns.

You should start of with stock, just to get a feel for the game.

Then you should go for:-

TDWs:-
IRAI
FX
UI

These three mods alone will make SH5 a joy to use. Then when you know more about SH5 - check out more mods

Thanks Trev,
As a player of 3&4 I usually wind up with quite a few mods installed. On this one I was going to do just that, play mostly vannilla for a couple of days. I was really talking about bugs that need to be patched regardless. Perhaps the game is less buggy than has been reported elswhere. That would be great. Thanks for your tip and Good Hunting.

I would also suggest TDW's patcher. You can find the link to it in the workshop section.
