Default A few SH5 questions...

OK - how can I steer a certain course without going to the nav? There is no compass?

Assuming that there isn't - is there a mod that provides some sort of actual control interface?

Is there a mod that changes "extreme speed" to "Flank"? That has to be the most redonkulous thing I have ever heard.

I admit, I am struggling to understand a lot of the "design decisions" here. For all of you who have had this game for a while, forgive me for likely raising questions that have been discussed already.

There is no way to "jump" to stations? I played this on a friend's pc a long time ago, and the running around was cool - but its starting to get old already.

Aiming torps - ok I read the thread on it - but perhaps I am dense. People are talking about not lining up the numbers - but I can't even line them up to start with - what the devil kind of aiming system is this? (Yes, I will use auto aiming until I am familiar with everything else!)

How do I set my depth? I want to dive - but "periscope depth" is too deep for me to see anything - If I want to stick an extra meter of scope out of the water, I should be able to. If a destroyer makes a run and I want to add 20 meters depth as he does - I should be able to.

I feel a good game under the hood - if I could just GET to it.

Your help is appreciated...
