Default Late to the game, but it's great!

Hey all, While the account is new, I've been a resident lurker here for awhile, Just got this great game installed and I have to say it's great, Aside from a three hour struggle with a certain 3D engine problem...Which brings me to why im posting this comment, I just wanted to thank the community here. While i've not posted, the advice given and helpfulness of the community here made sure I had no real issue's with my first few patrol's, Been having a great time with it so far.

Sadly..The first time I had a destoryer in my sights, I died, Was so tence, had him lined up, was ready to fire the torpedoes..And my cat who sleep's behind my monitor jumped on the "surface the boat key"..which taught me a lesson on why you don't bring cat's onto the U-boat...

Well anyways. Just wanted to say Thanks to the community here..I hope it stays active and well for a long time.

Welcome aboard!

I think the real lesson to be learned there is that you never tangle with destroyers. Not worth the time and trouble!

...lovely introduction to the game.

some crews and commanders really had mascots in the boat - but no more pussy on board for you!

Thanks for all the welcomes! While I do try to avoid warships....one's who make themselves particularly annoying turn into targets. also found out how fun it is to sneak into Dover.
