Stopwatch

Hello,
I recently found at home a russian agat stopwatch that my grandfather used to have, something like this http://adf.ly/3SkWj and I don't know how to wind it up. can anyone help?

If it is like the one in the picture, the winding is done by turning from right to left that part with slots on top, english name is crown is not mistaken. We have other term for that part!
