Default Fuzzy looking sub

I dont know how well this image will show what I am talking about. But it looks like the sub has little pixels everywhere. I dunno if it has always been there or not but since I've noticed it, it has bothered me to no end. It is very noticeable in the interior of the sub but looking outside its not so bad. Two images to show what I am talking about.

Do you guys have any ideas why or what would cause this? How to disable it?

You need to post your system specs and what version of the game and any mods.

Also how many beers you've had. Fuzzy looking subs are often caused by this.

Is this a new problem, or has it been with you for a while? I'm wondering if this is that "Grainy" look that the game had, that many of us hated. There is a mod out there (I use it myself) that removes this grainy effect, and gives a clearer looking image. However, if this is a new development there may be hardware issues at large that need attention.

Looks like post process filtering. Uncheck it and see how it looks.

I think I was going on my 6th. I actually thought for a while it was cause I was a little inebriated that I was seeing spots all over. Took me a while to realize it wasn't it.

If it has been there before I was just now noticing it.

Disabled and gone. Outfreaking standing!

Now there is a bloom effect going on. I didnt know there were any bloom effects in the game. Tried toning down the gamma settings a bit but didn't help much but make it harder to see. What setting can I change to make things stop glowing like angels.

PC Specs:
Windows 7-32bit

Game version - 1.5

Mods Installed-
GFO v1.1
GFO New Orders Bar Menu
SCAF for SH 1.5
Crew Rank Fix - Stock
Webster's Eliminate Floating Plankton

ATI Settings in CCC -
Catalyst Version 11.7 (need to update)
Smoothvision HD: Anti-Aliasing
--Level: 4X, Samples 4X
--Filter: Box (dunno what this is really)
Smoothvision HD: Anisotopic Filtering
--16X
Tessellation
--AMD Optimized
Catalyst A.I.
--Quality
Mipmap Detail Level
--High Quality
Wait for vertical refresh
--Off, unless application specifies
Anti-Aliasing Mode

And its not relevant but my download speeds peaked the fastest I ever seen in my life earlier today. Just wanted to show this off!

Not bad for a 1Mb down connection if I do say so myself.
