Weather reports?

Guys how do I order a weather report in SH IV I am still attempting to make transition from SH III key strokes!!

Also how to I summon the weapons office to do Torp. calculations for me ?

You need SH Keymapper.

I don't remember if it's the same in the Stock version, but in TMO, if you hit the "Misc" key, you'll see a button below with a small cloud icon on it. Just click that button.
