Nice, but oh so expensive.
I'm a big fan of mora of sweden products. The two I have are stainless steel- Sandvik 12C27 (hardened to HRC 57-58) with a moulded handle 3/4 tang, practical and modern without costing a fortune. In their way, almost 'disposable' but great value and a solid working tool. The kind of knife you would actually want to use, unlike some of those others, that whilst beautiful exponents of the knife makers art, are just too expensive and decorative to reside anywhere but in a display case. I'd still like to have a go at making a blade from scratch though. Even if it was crude and artless, I'd know I had made it. ![]()
