Lwami 3.11 lost torpedo graphic

I just uninstalled lwami 3.10 and installed 3.11 and the torpedo graphic is missing. I can click on the torp on the nav map, but can't see anything in the visual screen. so far, everything else seems ok.

Did you do this ?
- Go to Mods/LWAMI Mod/Filetools and run InstallStuff.bat
