New environment mod?

I looked all enviroment mods for SH3, WAC Atmosphere is the best on my taste, but have some big mistake, if i understand right. From sun side we have just a small strip from sun, where water is white (or metallic) color, i hope you understand about what im talking. But in reality from sun side all water have to be white, like in stock, and this i watched in reality on the Neva river from bridge. If im right, is there possible to fix it? I cant do it by simple compilation of files.
