The mayor of Vilnius, in Lithuania, has an aggressive way of cracking down on illegal parking… and has released a video demonstrating his non-nonsense approach.
Rather than simply issuing a ticket, the smiling mayor runs it over with a soviet-era armoured personnel carrier.

Can imagine Boris Johnson liking the sound of this as a means to clear congestion in London.
