[REQ] Metric Nomograph.. Non-filefront.. Printable.. anything!!!

Ahoy skippers,

I'm in an urgent need for a printable pdf version of cdrake's nomo.

I cant access his FF download page, so, if you'd be kind, and get it or reupload it if you already have it to a less blocked upload site, such as mediafire (numero uno), hostfile, whatever.. JUST STAY AWAY FROM FF....

I tried to get the download from FF, but no luck. It's a pretty old mod; you might have trouble getting it.
