Just recieved new SH5

I have been playing SH since it was a free cd with a PC mag. One mission that I played over and over until the first release. Now SH5 is sitting on the desk waiting to be loaded. My ? is, besides the Ubi patch, what mods do I really need to start playing so that I will keep it loaded . I see by the forum that there are many mods for this. So if someone doesn't mind ,please post a list and where I can find them.

Put the campaign mod first , it has some files that TDW mods should overwrite .
