The search for the right configuration

I'm on an adventure!
Some of you guys read my messages in which I desperate tell my experiences with some mods; especially placing them in what often seemed to be "the right order". Finally I felt the urge to follow the advice to uninstall ALL my mods and start all over again.
So I played the stock SH5 1.2 and there it was: a completely stable game. Even in silentotto-mode no CTD at all. Great! So 'silentotto' is not to blame, because for a period of time I thought that was the cause of my crashes. Dont ask me why; it was just a feeling...
Then came the moment to re-install the first mod. Which one is the first candidate? Magnum Opus of course. After installing this and the patch I started the game. After receiving the mission the game teleported me instantly on the ship, with no loading screen at all. So I hit the anchor-button and ended the patrol. Another chat with the Korvettenkapitän and there it was: a loading screen. Finally on the ship I hit the button for the navigationmap. White squares everywhere.... No good. Crap!

Exiting to windows I asked myself: what does this mean? Can't I play SH5 with one single mod installed? Or have I crippled MO before installing it? Do I even have to install the stockgame from scratch again? And why could I play the game rather smoothly a couple of weeks ago, with MO installed? For the record: that was just the 'Total Germany' campaign; so the first level....
I'm sure it can't be MO's fault. Maybe I installed (and edited) it wrongly in the first place. I got to find a way to get out of this mess. Maybe some of you guys see now what my problem is for I do not see it. (yet).
The search continues....

- W7
- Intel i5 750 2,67 Ghz
- 4 Gb RAM
- Geforce GT 275
- Powersupply 550W

.... Euh... Wait a minute! Is it the powersupply?
