Default CTD as soon as i enter patrol area

Hey guys i really need some help here, okay so ive only just got this new PC and done a first install of SH5 as normal and the mods (which i will post below in order they appear)
Anyway started a new campaign (without using "silentotto: cheat as i want to progress through career from start) Did the tutorial mission in stock game before i installed mods, i have followed stoianm's mod installation tutorial video's very closely and exact like he does.
Any way all is going well on first mission to sink 50,000 tons off british east coastline, did that, returned to kiel and selected next mission to sink 100,000 tons in western approaches...

Now heres the problem im getting...

As soon as i enter the circle that is the "western approaches" patrol area no matter if time compression is used or not..CTD!!

I saved the game just before crossing this line into circled area and reloaded it several times, have tried again and again but no luck getting into that patrol area without a CTD.

Please help i dont know what mod is causing this..heres the list if you see anything wrong please let me know.

Do you have patch 2 for magnum opus????

The map tga used in MO causes CTD.... This was fixed in patch 2.

Also I use the 4 mods you removed... I dont have any CTD. So they are not the problem.

Hi thanks for your help, yes i have the patch 2 magnum opus installed according to stoianm's tutorial.

I will try doing a re-install again, but this time removing the mods in red that you highlighted. I'll give it a go tonight and see if it fixes it.

Does someone have a mod soup thats similar to the one i have thats tested to work? if so i might just copy the order of installation and do same.

Ok, after spending the last 4 hours of uninstalling sh5, doing a fresh install and rebuilt my mod soup to be nearly exact to stoianm's...

Did the tutorial mission first i nstock and i have installed all of these in port. Now to begin the first mission, ill try the "western approaches" mission first and see if i still get that CTD when i enter the patrol area.. fingers crossed no more CTD's!!!

i supouse you will use ''silentotto'' - if yes you must to pay attention... after you will choose the new patrol and you want to start... between the command let's start the new patrol and the moment you will be in bunker on your uboat you must to have a loading screen... if not you will have problems... hit end patrol... go again at the oficer.. redo the steps.. until you will have that loading screen

I've never had that problem before, always had a loading screen between speaking to the officer about a mission and then starting on the u-boat in bunker..if i use the silentotto cheat even though im not skipping ahead and starting from beginning of campaign will that upset the game at all or doesnt affect it?
