As sober suggested.... AntiLag....

But I will add...

You need to edit the cfg file in antilag and lock your FPS to the lowest that your fps are in game. This will give the smoothest gaming experience. Also turn monitor sync off. Ctrl F8 to show FPS in game.

This is how my config file looks...

Quote:
; D3D9 antilag config file
; by Kegetys <http://www.kegetys.net>

; RenderAheadLimit: Limit how many frames ahead are rendered to reduce input lag. 0 to disable.
; FPSlimit: Limit framerate for smoother gameplay and reduced cpu/gpu use. 0 to disable.

[config]
RenderAheadLimit=2
FPSlimit=35
My fps jumped from around 35 to 120 fps while playing before I installed antilag. And the game used to keep jumping/stuttering.... Now with fps locked to 35 my game is smooth.

Yes quite possible, 32 fps you would not notice... I just locked mine to the min that I was getting. Which was 35 (I did try 60fps first but still got stutters)... Just made sence to stop the stuttering.

32fps is much smoother , better for your graphics card . your game will load a lot slower . i have had enough of capital letters .
