Actually, it is a JPG file displaying screenshot of Firefox displaying a PDF file while running under Windows XP, with some random black scribbled on it.

It's also the South Bridge (Part 1) of a G320 laptop as published by Elitegroup.

Indeed. More specifically, this appears to be the southbridge of a VIA CLE266 chipset present in the ECS G320 notebook.

2 inductors, 3 resistors, 3 capacitors, some wire, a number of pins and a black box. A huge black box.

Hmmm ... I see the blacked-out windows on the bottom of the shot. Looking at boobies, are we?

Looks to me to be a schematic for the detonator for a Mark 12 tactical nuclear warhead...

I thought it was a recipe for tamale pie.

I blame the public education system.

Electronic circuit diagram.

The black box may be a chip or another complex circuit.

The image seems like it is taken from electronic chip simulation software.

I've been working on this for hours, then I found it out.
If you open it with Adobe Director, enhance it to 666x its size, you will see it: the digit sum of the hex values of the characters is 841961....

OMG, it's true, you won't believe what I found, actually it is - hold on, I'll be back in a second, there is some shouting and knocking at my doo
