Press red button - where is it? AOB (modded)

Hi,

I've managed to become totally confused but hopefully with a simple solution.

I've installed 2 mods: Open horizons II, full 2.2 and New UI TDC 7 4 2 by TheDarkWraith.

I'm trying to do the tutorial (using the TDC for an attack), I select the AOB but there is no red button to click? What am I missing?
