Help with MaGui v3.4

Hi all...Can someone help this green ex Fleet Boat skipper.

I am running GWX3.0 with the above and havent a clue what I am doing when it comes to targetting / plotting etc.

I have found most of the training vids but they have no sound, so to a complete newbie this just ads to the confusion. Have also found various read me and examples but again they arent helping me to form a complete picture.

So, has anyone got / found a complete training vid or pdf...PRETTY PLEASE

My men are getting restless and the bar bill is costing me a fortune but I darent leave port without some basic training
