Default Question on Ship flotation modelling in SH5

Afternoon everyone...

Thanks to everyone in the forums for the incredible amount of work that they do to make SH V the simulation is should be. I've noticed over the last several iterations of the Silent hunter series that when ships take damage, they either sink too quickly (stock SH4-SH5) or don't sink as expected (list, capsize, sink bow/stern first, depending on the site of the damage incurred, or any combination of the above...).

I remember back in SH3 the joy I felt putting a full salvo of fish into the side of the HMS Nelson (or any other ship for that matter), watching her slowly roll towards the side she took damage, then finally turn turtle and slowly sink beneath the waves, thanks to some serious modding efforts by our community. I haven't been able to find any mods which corrected these deficiencies in SH4 or SH5, though I'm sure that TDW and others have something up their sleeves to correct these issues.

Would someone be kind enough to provide me with course/heading as to where I could find mods that address this, or let me know if there's a work-in-progress to address this realism issue here in SH5? (Like the Natural Sinking Mechanics mod for SH4, for example)...

Thanks in advance,

Warmest Regards,

Enth
