Considering SH4

After upgrading to new system and OS, I found that no matter what tips I tried, SH3 does not correctly in stall and run on my new rig. So I consider to switch - by pressure and emergency

- to SH4.

Question: SH4 Gold - is it compatible with Win7 64 Bit and 4-core CPU? And is it starforce again, or free of it?

And as I think Gold comes in versio0n 1.5, representing the last patch standard - is it playable and bug-free to a comparing degree with SH3, or is it a bug-party?
