Problem. Help PLease

[Lost At Sea]

Hola All,

I really need some help on this one... or at least maybe someone has experienced something similar in the past.
New to SH5 but running version 1.2.00 with Magnum Opus 001 + Magnum Opus Patch2 + Sobers 3D deck spray v7 .

Quite enjoying it, when I can play the game !
95% of the time I launch the game it fails. It goes like that:

1. Ubisoft game launcher - Hit play
2. Games launches, I get the " Please wait until saved games are synchronized from server" message, then followed by "Saved games are synchronized from server", click "OK"
3. Load Game with the list of saved games. I hit "Load" after selecting the game I want.
4. The loading page shows up with the black & white pic and quote. Loads for a while.
5. Loading page closes without warning, back to desktop with Ubi launcher saying "synchronizing games" before shutting down.

No crash, no ctd, no error message. It just won't let me play the frigging game when I want to...
Sometimes I can, most of the time I can't. Irritating.

I'm well within syst requirements spec-wise.

i am not sure by try to restart a new campaign to see if it work... not load a saved game... just do that as a test... i have the same mods installed and not a single problem

Might sound like a stupid question but do you have the MO patch2 merged into MO 001? And not trying to run them separately?

I've got MO 001 activated via jsgme first and then activated MO Patch2. That's right, no?

Launching a new campaign or historical mission works, but launching a saved game still doesn't. I can't figure this one out and it is annoying me greatly now.
I had some good tonnage going on for me, all wasted. The Royal Navy is grinning.

Does anyone know where to download the Ubisoft Game Launcher exe? That's my last chance before a complete re-install.

Are all your save games like this.

I have seen a save game corrupt. It shows as a smaller file the the save before.

Tested by saving and returning to historical patrols, it all works ok.
Still no luck with my current campaign, I'll start a new one and forget about it all I think.

I'll see how it goes from there.
