Anyone know whats causing this bug??? (Mods listed)

Hi Guys.

Im experincing the scarecrow bug with all the crew just stood still.
Have listed mods in order of install.

Fistfull of emblems 1.51
Acurate German flags
ALTAC
Black skin_albrect
DBSM Music
Enhanced funnel smoke Hansolo
EV mod 5.0
FX update 00.12 TDW
icebergs 2.4
IRAI 00.30 TDW
Magnum opus 00.1

Anyone know which mods are conflicting to cause the bug..??
