[REL] Career Playable Oscar II for 1.5 (GERMAN SIDE)

hey all!
This is my first release so bear with me.
all credit goes to Jhapprich.
as a tribute to CWSS, i decided to release an Oscar II career playable sub for the germans, as a standalone of course.

does it work for 1.4?
or will i have to take 5 minutes of my time to install the Uboat addon?

do you ever read title? its says that is for 1.5
in 1.4 would probaly crash

some mods still work with 1.4 if they are made for 1.5.
