I can't send contact reports !

Hallo

I'm playing this wonderful game for 2 weeks and now I'm on the wolfpack mission.
My question is how can I send contact reports to bdu in order to attack the convoy with other U-Boats.
I was accually able to send convoy reports by the button near the status report button in the captain's log.. But in this mission it's not working when I see a convoy to report so I can't send anything to anybody but I want other U-Boats to join my hunting party.. I can't have a party by myself..can I?

So I need your help guys to send that Tommies to the bottom of the sea and Thank you
