Enabling event camera In Game?

Hi All.

I`m Quite new to this game, and am having trouble enabling event camera in game, the difficulty option is greyed out, I can only do it at Kiel. but when i load my save game it does not appear. is there a hotkey that will do this while i am playing.

Also, can any one give me any links to new sub skins.??

you can choose the dificulty option in bunker - when you started already a patroll you can not do that untill you return to base - so i do not know a posibility to change that in an saved game
