Toggle for English or German dialogue?

When installing the game, I was only able to select English *or* Germany, but not both. Is there any way I can toggle the language selections?

My German is only good enough to catch every few words, so I can't follow the cut scenes very well. My thought is to hear them in English the first time, then permanently switch to German. Is it possible to change this in game?

There is a mod by Venatore that will allow you to change the language from english to german. The only other way to do it is to reinstall and select German as the language.

I use Venatore's mod and it really works nice.
