[REL] Alternate OM Loading Screen

I've had this alternate loading screen for Operation Monsun / OMEGU sitting on my hard drive gathering dust for a while so I figured I might as well share it.

--New version without periscope, re-download and overwrite if you want the new one.

JSGME ready.

Thanks guys. To clarify I didn't make the original picture, I just tweaked it a little in Photosop and added the text. I think the original was concept art from the SH4 U-Boat addon but I'm too lazy to look it up. If it was up to me I wouldn't have the damn scope up :-)

Come to think of it, I might just take it out and repost a new version without the scope. Stay tuned.
