Trouble with Observation Periscope
hello, i was experimenting combining Los Angeles mod with skipjack mod for my personal use, it worked, but when i play with skipjack, the observation periscope is always extended, and cannot be lowered. What should i do to fix it/ what should i do to erase the observation perisope?
