Unable to run problems

Please can anyone help. Have been running SH5 since last summer with no problems.I went to run SH5 after about 6-8 weeks away and a window popped up Titled 'SH5.Exe Unable to locate Component' Next line stated The App has failed to start because .dll was not found. Re installing may fix this problem. I have uninstalled and re installed but I am still getting the same window coming up.It will update to version 1.2 but as soon as you go to run the prog same problem.
I have just run computer in safe mode and all appears well and it goes to the update game launcher and I am able to log on. I have just re booted the comp and I am now back to square one again!!!!

I have not altered anything and my satellite broadband has not changed.
Any idea any one
