How does Particle Density and Water Clarity affect play? Will it improve my vision at night, or let me see more things on the display window when a torpedo is running or I'm being depth charged?

A reduction in particle density will lessen the burdon on your CPU and raising the water clarity will assist you in seeing further on your monitor.
