Missing parts of the sub

This doesn’t happen all the time but when I playing some of the single missions when I go to the crew controls the boxes with the crew appear but the illustration of the submarine does not appear. When I run my mouse over the areas where the parts of the sub should be they appear but then disappear when I move the mouse. This seems to happen only in the single missions. Can anyonehelp me fixthis problem?

Trade in the polish sub for a German one.... they dont have screen doors.
