Looking for a specific skin

I've been looking/searching for a long time now to find a sub skin I used to use that I was very fond of and am asking for help in finding it or info on where it might be:

It's for a VIIC, I know that for sure from because at that time I was uing Topps U-552 tower emblem. Was using it in the med at the time while at La Spezia. I know that I got the skin from this forum, but can't remember who did it (would've found it by now if I could) and asking for help if anyone knows or has this skin I'd greatly appreciate a new copy of it. It somehow got lost over the years sadly
