buzzing noise

Does anyone know why i get a loud annoying buzzing noise when i am on the hydrophone with all engines stopped? Also when i am in exterior view (F12) underwater only. On the bright side, when i'm on the hydrophone w/ all engines stopped, if there's any long or short distance contacts, it will interupt the buzzing noise and i know where to go. BTW i am running GWX3.
