Default my watchmen have no banoculars

graphics glitch? they hold their hands like they have them but I cant see them. Thought perhaps, I needed a better card, but there seems to be no other problem ,when I click on the zoom the view works, just no visible banoculars.

Your graphics card probably isn't up to it...I remember years back when all some people could see was a set of teeth and no head (I am being serious).

I had the same thing until I bought a new card.
Get a good middle of the road card and you should be good to go.

I also have the binoc problem, and I know I have a crappy card.

On a similar note, the KM Tirpitz has absolutely no turrets. It's the only ship in the game that does this.

It's early in the war. Tirpitz has been launched but is still fitting out. They did that on purpose.

Try flipping through the screenshot and humorous picture threads from the beginning. I think there were some interesting graphical anomalies posted in both. I was able to find one with a mysterious head floating around the control room...

They will appear at the historically accurate/appropriate time as Steve has stated.
