Lorsque le vent est superieur a 7 m/s tu ne peux pas utiliser le canon ou le/les canon(s) anti-aerien(s), mais tu peux utiliser les torpilles.

Thanks, I thought it had something to do with the deck gun but couldn't puzzle out the rest, much less come up with an answer! I was glad to see someone jump in and help him out.
