N00b help - SUBSIM Radio Room Forums

I would like to run JSGME and Real Fleet Boat and maybe Run Silent Run Deep, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get RFB running. I installed the JSGME and it shows RFB, but none of the shortcuts work ingame. I checked the file structure and I don't have the additional layer, its just MODS/data Any ideas?
