Strange problem

Hi guys,

I recenty runned into some strange problem runnung SH4.
My boat start to sink as soon as i go to periscope depth. I have checked if my boat is damaged, but its not. Im not in shalow water either.I tryed to uninstall all my modsd, but no change.
Finally i decided to reinstall the game, i did keep my saved files becouse i dont want to start over. Still sinking.... anyone have clue what happend and how to solve this?

runnung on patch 1.4
windows 7 (64)
I havent been cleaning the registry but i guess its not the problem.

Haha i never tought i would laugh at my self this loud.
Im feeling completly stupid.
Hull Damage 95= 95% i guess.

Stay on the surface and return to base.

And hope there are no Jap eyes around!
