All,
am posting up a critical request for modders to help finish the total surface warfare super mod. Work on this mod started around July 2008 and progress has been slow and stop / start during the last 12 months. There are many posts / updates to various playable ship posts on these forums so I get the impression that there is still a continuing appetite for a mod which provides a complete and complex surface warfare mod. We do have much work finished including a lrage number of playable units (both Axis and Allied) ........ however we need much more modding resource to help drive this thing over the finish line for a first release. Tom .... WTF ..... you have a version which is OM compatible ???????? I've just spent the best part of 4 hours working out which files to mod and starting on the merger of zones.cfg...... which requires re-numbering zones in about 90 - 100 files and re-numbering 200+ zones in zones.cfg.... not to mention working out all the merged files requirements (equipment.upc etc..)
Would save me about 2 - 4 weeks work I reckon if you have an OM compatible version .... any chance you can upload it somewhere and PM me ? Many thanks. BTW, hope you are well ? |

Hey mate I never got around to doing the zones fully as you say theres a mad ammount of work to be done, however I did intergrate all the equiptment files and upgrades etc which is quite a task in its self, ill try and dig out what i have and get it sent to you asap

DVD's can be recovered.
It makes no difference if they are re-writeable or not. What exactly seems to be the problem? |

I would also like to chime in and say that I'm really only good at building 3d models. textures, mapping them, and AO maps escape me. If there's someone that is really REALLY good at doing those three with a finished 3d model, let us know. The only thing really stopping me from building all these models is the fact that I can't really finish them or know anyone who can.
