HELP! Interior Mod 1.0 Blue
Hello I'm new here, but I have SH3 with GWX running smoothly and a couple of other mods. I've been reading on how to fix up for The interior mod, but nothing works! I have extended free camera installed so I can move around the command room, but when I go to the other compartments they don't seem to be modeled, and it says "Camera limits" Is there a special way to fix this I really want this Interior mod to work so I can freely walk around the U boat and visit the engine rooms etc... Also, I have the bridge camera mod installed So I can walk around freely on the bridge. Please I need a guide on how to do this correctly with those who have had problems getting it to work. I've read the other posts on it, and the install readme but its not working.. HELP!!!

You will need to disable any camera mod you have installed and only use the stock freecam by using Shift-F2. The reason you get the out of sectors is because when the sub angle changes during diving or surfacing and you're at the extreme ends of the interior and the view is based on the Command room view where you are centralized, so the interior will move up and down without taking you with it. It's just that with the new compartments, the interior is just too long and there's a limit to how many interior viewpoints you can use (CR, Captains bunk, engine room, etc). There are many queries about this very thing in the FMInteriors thread, I suggest you read through it as it may clear up a few other issues you may or may not experience with the mod.
EDIT, I misunderstood, you are not getting any compartments at all right? Disable all mods that deal with cameras or views, and list your mod list after that (a screenie of your JSGME would be ideal), and be aware the interiors are only applicable to the type VII. I've left the above info in the post to make you aware of the issue in case you are tempted to re-enable your freecam after Interiors starts working.

If you are talking about this mod:
Blue Interior for FM_NewInteriors v1.0 http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...o=file&id=1566 did you download and enable the FM_NewInteriors v1.0 mod first? The Blue Interior only adds blue lighting at night to the Type VII interiors contained in FM_NewInteriors, it does not include all the new fully modeled interiors. For that you need FM_NewInteriors v1.0 mod enabled and working first, then add the Blue Interior mod on top of it. |

Here's a link to the thread:
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=162631 Download is in first post, but take some time to read the thread (a lot there to take in). Disable the freecam and blue interior, enable FMInterior then the blue mod. Leave freecam out of the equation until a) you feel like merging the cameras.dat file or b) someone does it for you. The freecam mod will likely mess up certain things if you enable it on top of the interiors.

I got it fixed! I had to manually install the mods. So what I did was replacing the files left in right int he actual SH folder, following the steps that the documentation for the Interior MOD said. The only thing is now, The frame rate has dropped significantly. Next thing on the list is figure out how to get the MOD enabler to work because it does nothing! Also utilize 4 gigs of ram for SH3!
