OK, what do I need to download?

Right, as much as i know I'm probably going to hurt myself with this, I have just ordered a copy of Silent Hunter V. I was a big fan of SH-III, but when i saw the initial reviews of 'V' I held off buying it. Now I can get it for a tenner I'm all over it, but I need to know what to download for it. I've seen a load of amazing mods, but there are tons of them and no doubt some of them are mutually exclusive or rather unstable. What I need to know from you guys is what are the mods and patches I cant live without if I buy a fresh copy of SH5? Help!
