Weather reports?

Where are you all getting weather reports? I have not seen this in the game at all.

The navigator can give you a weather report, but you'll need to use a mod to access it. I use the More Commands by Dialog mod from Athlonic. One of the commands I can now give is for a weather report from the navigator.
