Well that's what it said at the bottom of the menu screen the last time I booted up.....is that usually there?

You have a mod installed that changes line 13
(13=All you need is good men.... Heinrich Lehmann-Willenbrock)
in en_menu text document in data/Menu.

Yes, it is Thomsen's sound mod that changes this. Whenever I disabled it to try something else, it returns to the less "needy" statement.

You can change the line to read whatever you want by opening en_menu with notepad (comes with Windows), changing it, and then saving.
