Emea Patch....

....just trying to come back to SH III after a long time away. Downloaded what I thought was the correct patch but got an error message telling me that it could not install because the de_menu file was the wrong one. Thought I had sorted the problem when I finally noticed I had downloaded the US version of the patch but everywhere I try I cannot find the Emea patch. It seems it is just not available. I tried a search here but no good. Any advice anyone? Thanks.
