Torpedo management

Hi folks,
In harbour at Brest at the moment and have got a fresh load of torpedoes and I have noticed that I have two red nosed torps, accoustic homing I think it said and more suited for target speeds above 12 knots.
Is there a way of selecting when these are loaded into my tubes from the reserves so that I can use them against more suitable targets, because they seem to load them from the top down and I could end up with choosing a salvo shot with a steam, electric and accoustic in three seperate tubes, so what I'm trying to say is can I choose which torpedoes get loaded into the tubes.
