Operation drumbeat has just begun, and already 75k tonnage has been delivered to the ocean floor, on time and will everything included. First Full Blown Patrol with Manual Targeting (Map contacts). Gotta say that MT is BORING when your attacking harbor ship. however sometimes it gets frustrating against moving targets. took me 7 reloads of the game to FINALLY hit an LST. The torpedo kept overshooting. on the last attempt it caught the VERY TIP of the bow and detonated. 4 ships sunk at sea while 5 were sunk in a harbor. i snapped PLENTY of Screenshots of my sucess

My First Kill Of Manual Targeting

I sunk this one in the harbor. this right after he was classified as "sinking"

This is 5 minutes after of the same ship. i tried passing under it but it fell on my boat and destroyed me

Even though it was december 29th, i put on a grand display of fireworks in the harbor of Washington D.C.

Here are a couple of photos in chronographical order of the same ship. i deck gunned it to death.

And im still going! might upload some more photos. soon America Will lose 150000 tons of precious goods and men.

these are the newest and last ones. this one here is a ranger taking a single hit amidship

wtf are you talking about? there wasnt any cheats or mods. read the heading above the pics and youll see. and this is all manual targeting too. my favorite is the merchant who split in two and sank inward with its bow 80 feet in the air. ahaha i tried to go under but the glitch stoped and the bow smashed on top of me and crushed my sub.

the last few pictures are of the same boat. in chrono order. it got bombarded by my deck gun >8D

It could be argued that external view is cheating. Or reloading. Or anything less than 100%.

But since they put all these options into the game to suit everyone's play style, it would be silly not to use them.

Exactly. They put the options there so they can be used. Saying what is correct and what isn't correct isn't correct. I don't know why people feel they need to pass judgement on what someone else finds fun, just because they don't play that way. Everyone's a cheater in some way. I cheat all the time.

Im using TDW UI mod, SH5 Enhanced. no dials. lots of personalized options, cant name em all though.
