Really.. Today I was running to a rendezvous point with U-489 for a refuel and had aircraft overhead. Now I ordered a crashdive and all was well down at 65meters. However soon after I started recieving reports that compressed air was at 25%..? one dive shouldn't drain it that much..10% I didnt even order a dive in the last 30 seconds. 5%?..
So I surfaced when safe, got some compressed air back and dove again to periscope depth. At 32x tc my compressed air went from 100% to 3% in 20 minutes (game time) (WITHOUT ALTERING DEPTH FROM PERISCOPE DEPTH!!) has anyone else experienced this? I've never noticed this before..

Apparently lots of bugs can be resolved through a simple save/load. For example the bug where an escort has just dropped depth charges on top of you. Save, Load, escort and pesky peth charges all gone. Or maybe it was... (quietly) sabotage?

In my experience the compressed air bug can be avoided by manually setting the depth after using dive, crash dive, periscope depth icons.
ex: press the crash dive button, wait to be at 70, manually set depth to 72. problem solved. |
