Servers down?

Hey guys, are the Servers down at the moment as all day I have been getting the error message

"An internet connection is required to play this game. Failed to connect to the Ubisoft master servers. Please verify that your internet connections is functional and try again"

Of course we know it is as I just posted this topic. Anyone else having issues?

well, to be honest the first time i saw the quote was in a very old game, and it said winston said it. i never really checked nto it, sso i didnt know he didnt. i changed my sig now though
