Are harbors any different in SH5?

I'm getting ready to buy SH5 (there goes the rest of my late nights) and was wondering if the harbors are any different, i.e. do they offer any resistance besides stationary guns and ships firing (if you're surfaced) or is it still shooting fish in a barrel?

Actaully......the game is missing mines, sub nets, and the coastal guns do not work(literally they are just for looks). I am usually an optimist when it comes to this game, but this is an area that it is badly lacking in. We(modders) have been able to do a lot with the game already, and more is done every day, but for one reason or another, no one has really tackled these issues yet. The game really does have a lot of good stuff to offer though, so don't let me get you too down.

yes well, merchants pack a hell of a punch in SH5 compared to SH4 but the DD AI is retarded and youll literally disappear on their scopes when you go below 50 meters.
